Baltimore police involved in fatal shooting
BALTIMORE, (AP) — Saturday’s arrest of investigators from the Maryland Attorney General was made after they were called to the scene by officers killed in a shooting.
The Baltimore Sun reports that the shooting took place in a barbershop in the 5700 block on O’Donnell Street. Authorities confirmed this.
RaquelCoombs, a spokesperson for the Office of the Attorney General in Maryland, confirmed that at most one death occurred and stated that investigators from her agency were currently on the scene.
An Oct. 1 law requires Maryland’s top police agency to be involved in civilian deaths.
Coombs stated that no further information was available at this time.
